Problem

• A discrepancy between an existing and desired state of affairs.

Characteristics of Problems

• A problem becomes a problem when a manager becomes aware of it.
• There is pressure to solve the problem.
• The manager must have the authority, information, or resources needed to solve the problem.

套用在日常生活的每一個人身上，我想Problem也可以這樣定義吧。如果是這樣，即是知足常樂/達觀的人就沒有問題？XD 沒有問題，又何須解決？ 很多事都視乎你怎樣看。
