腸胃不適

最近不知怎的，腸胃很不好。
前幾天開始肚痛，有想自己是否吃錯了什麼。
緩和了一天之後，第二天又肚痛，還加上腸抽搐…
今天繼續肚痛胃痛加胃氣… =_=|||

我著涼了？吃錯東西了？辛苦…

快點回復正常吧…
